In which the Actors form a common understanding of the Users’ needs.

Representatives from our key user groups – citizens, legislators, lobbyists, and others – will present their perspective on what functionality the TFB needs to provide. The presentations will be organized into eight “scenes,” structured to paint a holistic picture of users’ needs.
